How is chargeable weight calculated?
Chargeable weight is the greater of gross weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimetres × quantity ÷ 6,000. Airline divisor and rounding rules vary by carrier.
Which payment methods are supported?
The payment design includes SSLCommerz, bKash and bank transfer. Online payment verification and bank transfer approval will be connected during backend development.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Use your booking reference or air waybill (AWB) on the tracking page.
Can I ship dangerous or temperature-sensitive goods?

What happens if I need to cancel?
